An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Landscape Architect with a minimum of 3 years’ post-graduate experience to join a well-established and forward-thinking Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) landscape practice, now expanding with a brand-new office in Birmingham.

With over 20 employees in their original local office, the company is known across the UK for delivering high-quality, design-led work across all sectors and at every RIBA stage. They are now bringing their creative and collaborative culture to the Midlands and are looking for someone enthusiastic to be part of this exciting new chapter.

Why Apply?

Design-Focused Practice: No LVIA work – just thoughtful, engaging design across a diverse range of sectors.

Genuine Career Development: Structured 6-month reviews ensure tailored progression and real opportunities to grow.

Employee-Owned: Be part of a business where your voice matters and success is shared.

Vibrant Culture: Regular team trips and a sociable, supportive environment.

Nationwide Impact: Projects span across the UK, offering variety and creative challenge.

The successful candidate will have:

At least 3 years' experience in landscape architecture

A strong design portfolio and passion for creative problem-solving

Confidence working across multiple project stages (RIBA 0–7)

The full right to work in the UK (unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available)

This is a rare chance to join a growing practice at an exciting moment of expansion. Whether you're Birmingham-based or looking to relocate, this role offers both professional challenge and the opportunity to shape a new studio from the ground up.
