Want to work on some of Europe’s most exciting data centre and mission-critical projects?
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Mechanical Estimator to join our growing team in Dundalk and play a key role in the continued expansion of our offsite manufacturing business.
We design and manufacture advanced modular MEP solutions in Ireland, which are then deployed across major projects throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe. Our work helps some of the biggest contractors and developers deliver complex projects faster, more efficiently and with greater certainty.
The Opportunity
As Lead Mechanical Estimator, you’ll take ownership of the estimating and tendering process from initial enquiry through to contract award.
You’ll be involved in everything from reviewing drawings and specifications and completing detailed take-offs, to pricing labour and materials, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, identifying value engineering opportunities and producing competitive bids.
You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior estimators, work directly with clients, consultants and design teams, and have a real influence on the commercial success of major MEP projects.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with:
8–10+ years' mechanical estimating experience within an MEP contracting environment
Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and public health systems
Experience estimating large-scale or complex MEP projects
Ideally, experience across data centres, pharmaceutical, industrial or commercial projects
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Experience with BIM and digital estimating/take-off software is an advantage

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm | Friday 8am–3pm
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
