• Collaborating with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather necessary project data.
• Developing accurate pricing strategies and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Assisting in bid preparation, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, pricing variations, and new technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator within the HVAC or mechanical engineering sectors.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and relevant industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
