Access has partnered with a successful SME based in central London. Due to the firms continued success with winning new projects, they are looking for a confident part 3 to join the sociable team. The practice specialises within the high end residential sector and has done successfully for years, you will be working on projects costing well into the millions giving you the chance to add some incredible works into your portfolio.
The successful candidate will be working alongside directors and seniors on projects due to the company size, giving you valuable time to learn and develop your skills from the more experienced around you. You will be working on some top residential projects, therefore you will require some experience within the residential sector.
Experience:
- Right to work in the UK
- Part 3 architectural assistant OR an experienced part 2 architectural assistant
- Use of Vectorworks is desirable but not essential- training can be given
- Good technical knowledge
- Ability to learn at a fast pace
- Strong residential project portfolio
