The Principal BIM Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and advancing BIM processes across a wide range of civil and structural engineering projects. The role includes maintaining BSI accreditation for BIM management, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement in digital design workflows. This position offers flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working, with part of the week based remotely and the remainder at the Barnsley office

• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or similar role within civil or structural engineering
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and processes (BSI accreditation experience desirable)
• Proficiency with relevant BIM software and tools
• Excellent understanding of drainage, earthworks, and structural engineering principles
• Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-disciplinary collaboration
• Ability to lead and mentor teams on BIM best practices
• Based within a commutable distance to Barnsley
