A leading multidisciplinary design and delivery practice based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. The studio is widely recognised for delivering high-quality, design-led landscape and public realm projects across the UAE, working at the intersection of landscape architecture, civil engineering, and infrastructure.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and technically competent professional to take ownership of complex landscape-related projects and play a key role in their successful delivery from concept through to completion.
The Role
The Project Manager will lead all aspects of project delivery, acting as the primary point of contact between the internal multidisciplinary team, external consultants, third parties, and the Client. The role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive approach to stakeholder and authority management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full project lifecycle for landscape and associated infrastructure projects
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, with a strong focus on collaboration with landscape architects
- Leading client relationships and ensuring a consistently high standard of service
- Liaising with local authorities and managing approvals processes
- Coordinating third parties and integrating works with adjoining projects
- Ensuring project objectives are delivered efficiently, on programme, and to the highest professional standards
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a confident and client-focused Project Manager with a strong background in landscape and public realm projects. They will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced consultancy environment and skilled at managing both technical and interpersonal aspects of project delivery.
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from a recognised university
- Minimum of 8 years’ industry experience, with a strong focus on landscape-related projects
- Proven experience working within multidisciplinary teams, particularly alongside landscape architects
- Demonstrated strength in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Previous UAE project experience
- Strong technical understanding, organisational skills, and attention to detail
