Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering high-quality fit out and commercial projects? Our client, a leading specialist in the fit out and commercial construction sector, is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial aspects of projects from inception to completion. You’ll ensure cost-effectiveness, maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and support the delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
  • Managing procurement processes and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitoring project costs, valuations, and variations
  • Preparing and presenting financial progress reports
  • Working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure commercial success
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations

About You:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience working on fit out and/or commercial projects
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive team player with excellent attention to detail
