Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Access Talent Group is partnering with a leading design consultancy in Ireland that is currently seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their expanding team in Dublin.

Known for delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions, this consultancy offers a collaborative workplace where senior engineers can take ownership of technical delivery, mentor junior staff, and help shape the strategic direction of geotechnical services across major projects.

As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead the planning, analysis, and design of geotechnical elements for infrastructure and civil engineering projects. You will oversee site investigations, perform geotechnical assessments, produce technical reports, liaise with clients and project teams, and ensure high standards of quality and safety across all project stages.

Key Requirements:

• A degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
• Significant experience in geotechnical design and ground investigation for infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with geotechnical design software.
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
