As a Geotechnical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering rail projects, including stations, embankments, and other critical infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass geotechnical analysis, ground investigations, and providing design solutions that adhere to industry standards and project specifications. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
     
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in geotechnical design, with a focus on rail projects.
     
  • Proven expertise in embankments, station design, and related infrastructure.
     
  • Proficiency in geotechnical software and analytical tools.
     
  • Strong understanding of British standards and railway industry regulations.
     
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
