About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Geoenvironmental Engineer to join our client’s high-performing geoscience team. The successful candidate will lead and manage complex site investigations, direct earthworks operations, and contribute to the delivery of geotechnical design on multidisciplinary projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on nationally significant developments while influencing project outcomes through technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management. You will also be a key contributor to mentoring junior staff and strengthening internal best practices.

Key Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in geoenvironmental engineering
     
  • Strong expertise in site investigation planning, execution, and reporting
     
  • Demonstrated experience in earthworks management and geotechnical design
     
  • Proven background working within a consultancy environment
     
  • Effective project management and client liaison skills
     
  • Ability to mentor and support the development of junior team members
     
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
     
  • Chartered status (or actively working towards it) is desirable
