About the Company:

Access has partnered with a well-established multidisciplinary practice that has been operating for over 40 years with a strong focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility. The company is dedicated to working on projects that align with its ethos, actively avoiding projects that are harmful to the environment. With a diverse portfolio spanning commercial and garden projects, the practice is committed to delivering high-quality design and planning solutions. The company’s office is located in a rural area, offering a peaceful and inspiring environment for creative work.

About the Role:

The Senior Landscape Architect will play a key role in both project delivery and business development, with a strong emphasis on securing new work. This role requires expertise in managing commercial and garden projects, from initial concept through to completion. The successful candidate will be primarily office-based, and due to the rural location, must be able to drive. A key part of this role involves building relationships with clients and developing opportunities for new projects, making strong business development skills essential.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on commercial and garden projects.
  • Business development skills with the ability to win new work.
  • Chartered status or working towards it (advantageous).
  • Ability to drive due to the rural location of the office.
  • Strong communication and client relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Benefits and Application: The company offers a competitive salary, access to company holiday homes across the UK and internationally, and development opportunities within the practice. Additional benefits include a bonus scheme, a comprehensive health and well-being package, and access to a company vehicle for business use. This role is ideal for a driven and experienced Landscape Architect looking to take on a leadership position within a respected practice. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting a CV and cover letter for consideration.
