With a workforce of more than 200 professionals across design, project management, horticulture, and build, the business is now poised to significantly grow its commercial portfolio.
About the Role
This senior leadership position is central to expanding the commercial division. The successful candidate will:
- Lead the commercial project pipeline, from strategic planning through to delivery
- Build and manage client relationships, serving as the primary commercial representative
- Develop market opportunities and drive business development aligned with growth objectives
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams across design and build to ensure exceptional quality and execution
- Shape commercial strategy, budgets, and long-term growth initiatives in partnership with senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Senior-level experience in commercial landscape projects—design-and-build, construction, or related sectors
- Strong client-facing ability: pitching, presenting, nurturing relationships, and negotiating contracts
- Proven capability in managing teams and coordinating large-scale, multi-phase commercial projects
- Strategic mindset with a track record of growing or developing business units
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Dubai or GCC experience is advantageous but not essential
