ATG are seeking a Senior Planner to join a Dublin consultancy team, supporting the delivery of the MetroLink project.
The role involves leading planning and scheduling activities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within programme constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules for MetroLink and associated infrastructure works.
- Coordinate planning across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with programme milestones.
- Provide advice on risk, resource allocation, and schedule optimisation.
- Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reporting and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and project boards.
- Support project delivery and contribute to project planning standards and best practice.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Planner on large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally rail or metro.
- Strong knowledge of planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
- Understanding of programme management, risk analysis, and critical path scheduling.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline preferred.
