Key responsibilities
Lead civil engineering design delivery across infrastructure and development projects
Oversee design outputs including drainage, roads, levels, earthworks and site development
Provide technical leadership, review work of others and ensure quality
Support project management activities, programme inputs and stakeholder coordination
Attend client meetings and contribute to proposals and work winning where required
Mentor engineers and technicians and help build capability within the Waterford team
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering
10 or more years relevant experience, ideally Irish consultancy based
Strong infrastructure background including roads and drainage design
Comfortable leading teams and coordinating multi discipline inputs
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and drainage suites beneficial
