Civil/Structural Engineer

Key responsibilities

Deliver civil and structural design packages for building and infrastructure projects

Coordinate with civil, structural, BIM and project management colleagues to deliver integrated designs

Prepare design calculations, reports, specifications and drawings

Attend design team meetings and coordinate with architects, contractors and other stakeholders

Support construction stage activities, technical queries, inspections and reporting as required

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of standards and workflows

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering

Approximately 5 or more years consultancy experience in Ireland, ideally across both civil and structural scopes

Experience with reinforced concrete and steel design

Familiar with Irish standards and approvals processes, and comfortable client facing

AutoCAD experience essential, Revit and Civil 3D exposure beneficial
