At the Principal level, you’ll also provide leadership across project teams and help mentor junior staff, while maintaining a strong focus on contract and commercial management. You will provide onsite and remote day to day operational control of multiple small to medium contracts / onsite control of individual large contract focusing on delivery. This includes safety, quality, cost control, performance to programme and customer service.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or a closely related discipline

  • Significant experience in engineering geology, ideally in a consultancy or contractor environment

  • Proven expertise in contract management within the ground engineering sector

  • The right to live and work in the UK

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders across large-scale infrastructure projects
