About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Engineering Geologist to join our team and work directly under the Technical Director. In this key leadership role, you will oversee and mentor a talented team of junior engineers, guiding them in geotechnical design for major infrastructure projects. You will work closely on complex projects, with a particular focus on ports, harbours, and maritime engineering—experience in these areas will be a strong advantage. With demonstrated performance, this role provides a clear path for career progression toward Associate Director.
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
     
  •  Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
     
  •  Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
     
  •  Strong knowledge of Engineering Geology principles including modelling, ground investigation specifications and feasibility studies
     
  •  Excellent communication and project management skills.
     
  •  Proficiency in relevant geotechnical software and design tools.
