Structural Engineer

Access Talent Group are currently working with a medium sized consultancy who are looking to bring on an experienced Structural Engineer to their team in Redditch, with future prospects of going into their Birmingham office in the new year. This is an opportunity to work with some well extremely talented individuals and grow, as the company grows.

In this role you will be able to work on projects that fall into the range of £10m whether this be luxurious housing estates or hospital work. This consultancy is predominantly a Civils based consultancy with a growing structural side so you can be expecting a lot of variety in project sizes from small to large and repeat clients here. This is an opportunity, that has a lot of future prospects to step into a management role in the near future.

To be considered for this role:

• Be an experienced Structural Engineer
• Exposure to newbuild and refurbishments
• Able to use Steel and Reinforced Concrete
• Full right to live and work in the UK

You will be offered a generous salary, slightly above market rate. You will also have the opportunity to earn a 10% bonus if your own individual KPI’s which are always within reach with the majority of the company always hitting this. This is an office based role as there will be expectation of helping junior engineers.
