Structural Engineer

Access Talent Group is currently working with one of the countries most established design consultancies who are seeking to expand their Structural Engineering department in Leeds. There is a need to recruit a Senior Structural Engineer as their pipeline just keeps on expanding, along with new graduate recruits coming into the business, you will be sure to be kept busy, either designing or mentoring. This is the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career.

In this role, no two days will be the same. You will be in mixed team sizes with your own dedicated graduate engineer as well as your own technician. Projects wise you could be working on a school one week and the next you could be working on the next student accommodation that is going up in the area. The benefit of this type of role is that it will make you the perfect all-rounder. Any mix of projects you will be able to do as well as developing your managerial aspect, which is your stepping stone for the future.

To be considered for this role:

• An experienced Structural Engineer
• Able to design a range of projects
• Chartered or near Chartered
• Able to work in the UK without sponsorship

Lastly, as well as being offered a market leading salary you will be funded to go on additional courses of your choice per year which you have an interest in. You will also be able to have a hybrid work/home balance which is very much dependent on how you feel you work best. Finally, the office has just been kitted out to have a ‘relaxation station’ full of soft comfy chairs where you can go and relax, as and when needed.
