BIM Technician

The role will involve working between the company's Energy, BIM, Mechanical and Electrical department to assist where necessary.

The position is a permanent role, so job security guaranteed! The role is available for an immediate start. You will be embedded and introduced to the team straight away, and you will be able to get stuck into work immediately.

The successful candidate will have had previous experience in a relatable BIM role. You will also be a people person, hold strong communication skills, and work well both independently and within a team.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A general knowledge of relevant M&E systems
• Experience in energy engineering (not essential, but advantageous)
• 3+ years' experience in a similar BIM role
• Experience in IES Virtual Environment Design Software
• Experienced in AutoCAD and REVIT 3D
