ATG are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to oversee site activities on an active travel project in Dublin.
The role will ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards, supporting the successful delivery of walking and cycling infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor site works to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Carry out regular site inspections and maintain accurate site records and reports.
- Identify and report defects, non-conformances, and health & safety issues.
- Liaise with the contractor, design team, and client representative.
- Witness testing and inspections as required.
- Support snagging, handover, and defect resolution.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Clerk of Works or Site Inspector on civil or infrastructure projects.
- Experience on active travel, highways, urban realm, or public realm projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and health & safety regulations.
