Access have partnered with an award winning environmental consultancy who are expanding their ecology team based in Bristol. After continued success and having gained chartered status, our client is searching for an Ecological Consultant who is motivated, ambitious and passionate about delivering excellent projects.  Our client has established themselves as a trusted multi-disciplinary consultancy in the UK market and plans continued growth in the coming years, with workload and projects increasing in recent years.

Our client expects the successful applicant to undertake surveys and other works as instructed by the project manager, produce reports and liaise with clients when necessary. With the consultancies growing number of projects, our client is seeking an ecological consultant who can assist other team members on all projects and become proficient in their consultancy skills, as well as act as an ECoW with minimal instruction.  The successful applicant should also have a basic understanding of legislation and details of mitigation

The perfect candidate must have: 

  • 2/3 years of consultancy experience
     
  • A BSc in Ecology (or similar)
     
  • Graduate / Qualifying member of CIEEM, progressing to Associate CIEEM
     
  • The right to live and work in the UK.
     
  • A MSc in Environment (or equivalent)
