This opportunity sits within their dynamic London office, as part of a high-performing environmental and ground engineering team.

The role is for a Geo-Environmental Engineer with approximately 5 years of experience to support a range of projects across the UK. You’ll be working closely with senior engineers and environmental scientists on contaminated land assessments, site investigations, remediation strategies, and technical reporting. The role offers strong exposure to major infrastructure and development projects, as well as the opportunity to grow within a globally recognised team with industry-leading resources.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Around 5 years of UK-based experience in geo-environmental engineering - more would be considered

  • Strong understanding of contaminated land risk assessment and ground investigation techniques

  • Familiarity with relevant UK legislation, guidance, and standards (e.g. CLR11, BS5930, CDM)

  • Experience in writing Phase 1 and Phase 2 reports and interpreting laboratory results

  • A degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related discipline (MSc desirable)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Full UK driving licence preferred

  • Right to live and work in UK

This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier consultancy with a genuine focus on professional development, innovation, and employee wellbeing. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, industry-leading training, and the chance to be involved in nationally significant projects.
