A well-established building services contractor with over 45 years of experience, delivering complete Mechanical and Electrical services across a wide range of sectors, including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Healthcare, Commercial, Energy and High-End Residential.

The business has successfully delivered major projects across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe, providing services from design and installation through to commissioning and ongoing maintenance.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale projects, managing technical, commercial and site-based activities from mobilisation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend project start-up meetings and review project requirements

- Manage technical submittals, RFIs and approvalsMonitor labour, progress, variations and costsLiaise with main contractors, clients and site teams

- Coordinate plant, equipment and materials

- Manage construction and commissioning programmes

- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure programme delivery

- Attend site meetings and manage actions

- Maintain project documentation and handover requirements

- Support continuous improvement and project-specific initiatives

Requirements

- Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Manager

- Experience within Data Centres, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or large-scale Commercial projects

- Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical systems

- Proven track record delivering large-scale projects

- Experience supervising and managing teamsHealthcare/Hospital project experience desirable

- Construction or Project Management qualification preferred
