Intermediate Electrical Engineer

The Intermediate Electrical Engineer will play a key role in designing and overseeing electrical systems for commercial and residential projects. This role involves ensuring that all projects meet industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems for commercial and residential buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical reports for electrical installations
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that designs are being implemented as planned
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and best practices to enhance project outcomes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in electrical design in the Irish Consultancy sector, Experience in Commercial and Residential projects advantageous
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, building codes, and safety standards
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
