Role Summary
A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Junior Structural Engineer to join its growing Dublin team. This role offers excellent exposure to a wide range of building projects and the opportunity to develop strong technical fundamentals within a supportive, design-led environment.
This position is ideal for an engineer at the early stages of their career who is keen to build experience across structural design, BIM and construction-stage support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the structural design of building projects across residential and commercial sectors
Prepare calculations, drawings and reports under senior supervision
Support the production of Revit and AutoCAD models and drawings
Attend design team meetings and assist with coordination tasks
Respond to RFIs and assist with site inspections as required
Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams
Requirements
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
0–2 years experience in a consultancy or design environment
Basic understanding of Eurocodes and Irish Building Regulations
Exposure to structural analysis software is beneficial
Revit or BIM experience is advantageous
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
