Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Purpose of the Role:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our growing Maintenance Team, supporting a range of commercial, pharmaceutical, and healthcare facilities across Dublin and surrounding areas.
This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong background in electrical maintenance, HVAC systems, and general building services. It presents an excellent opportunity for career growth and progression within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of building systems, including HVAC units and plumbing-related services.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults across MV/LV systems.
Conduct regular emergency lighting tests, and perform thermal imaging diagnostics.
Identify and resolve faults and hazards promptly and effectively.
Accurately document maintenance tasks, test results, and corrective actions.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and industry standards.
Liaise with site teams and clients to ensure a high level of service delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years post-apprenticeship experience in a similar maintenance role.
Solid experience in electrical building services and HVAC maintenance is essential.
Experience with emergency lighting, MV/LV systems, and thermal imaging required.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Confident in making decisions and resolving issues on-site.
Flexible and reliable approach to work.
Full, clean Irish driver’s licence required.
