Precast Production Manager

ATG are seeking a highly organized and experienced Precast Production Manager to oversee all aspects of precast concrete production. This role ensures efficient operations, quality standards, and on-time delivery while leading and mentoring production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities for precast concrete manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels to meet delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams for seamless project execution.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff performance.
• Address operational challenges and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in precast or concrete manufacturing management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production equipment, quality control standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
