About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the delivery team on a major HV substation EPC project in Finland, supporting the construction of critical infrastructure that will power hyperscale data centres across the Nordics.

Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of site activities, documentation, schedules and communication between internal teams, subcontractors and the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with the day-to-day coordination of the project.
• Coordinate communication between site teams, engineering, procurement and subcontractors.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and progress tracking.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure key deliverables are completed on time.
• Coordinate document control and ensure all project records are up to date.
• Support the management of RFIs, technical queries and project correspondence.
• Track procurement, material deliveries and site logistics alongside the procurement team.
• Assist with the coordination of client meetings and internal project reviews.
• Support cost tracking, change management and project reporting where required.
• Ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Promote a strong health, safety and quality culture across the project.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar role within construction, infrastructure, utilities or industrial projects.
• Experience working on EPC projects is highly desirable.
• HV/MV substation, power, renewable energy or data centre experience would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project or similar is beneficial.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment.
• Fluent English is essential.
• EU passport or unrestricted right to work within the EU is preferred.
