We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of marine and port-related projects, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget constraints. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and overseeing the execution of projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage marine and port-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that project activities are executed in accordance with established requirements
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively resolve any issues that may impact project delivery
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders, and address any concerns or deviations from project plans
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables into existing marine and port infrastructure
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project management processes and outcomes

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
  • Proven experience in managing marine or port-related projects, with a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams and drive successful project outcomes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as MS Office suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to marine and port operations
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects within specified constraints
