Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading specialist in HVAC and pipework mechanical installation, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing the financial aspects of HVAC and pipework installation projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial aspects of HVAC and pipework projects
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Conduct cost analysis and ensure project profitability
- Manage subcontractor accounts and negotiate terms
- Provide accurate forecasting, valuations, and cost reporting
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Assess and manage project risks and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the HVAC and/or mechanical installation sector
- Strong knowledge of mechanical services, particularly pipework systems
- Excellent understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., BSc in Quantity Surveying, RICS accreditation – desirable)
