Senior Civil Engineer

Access Talent Group is working with a respected and forward-thinking design consultancy in Ireland that is currently looking to hire a Senior Civil Engineer for their growing team in Naas and Cork.

This is a key opportunity for an experienced engineer to take on a leadership role within a dynamic consultancy known for delivering innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions across transport, public realm, and active travel projects.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of civil engineering projects, manage client relationships, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the highest technical standards are met throughout project lifecycles. You’ll also contribute to the strategic growth of the business and support junior engineers through technical guidance and mentoring.

Key Requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it).
• Significant experience delivering infrastructure or public realm projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related tools.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
