Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years' experience to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering advanced geotechnical design solutions across a variety of different projects.This role entails project management and client interaction, as well as mentoring geotechnical engineers.

Responsibilities include overseeing geotechnical design packages, procurement of ground investigation contracts, and providing specialized input to design teams. Additionally, it involves preparing reports and contributing to tender preparation and business development efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience of Geotechnical design, including major road, rail and building projects
• A Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or related field
• Chartered status CEng, MICE or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a Engineering consultancy
• Project management experience
• Excellent report writing skills A full driving licence
