Senior/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Position Overview
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will join our dynamic consultancy team to deliver expert cost management, project planning, and value engineering services across a variety of construction projects, mostly consisting of commercial, public and residential projects. You will work closely with clients to ensure efficient resource utilization, cost control, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Manage project costs from inception to completion.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze and negotiate variations or claims.
• Prepare final accounts and project reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Professional membership is advantageous.
• Proven experience in cost management and project consultancy.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software.
