Access Talent Group are recruiting for an Site Manager for a client leading the way in large scale projects in Dublin. 

The rapid gentrification of Ireland is no secret, and our client is playing a pivotal part. After making a huge impact in the UK they have now taken up contracts in Ireland, taking on the biggest project in Dublin. Specialising in huge regeneration and development projects,especially in the Residential Sector.

They are looking for a Site Manager to come in and work on their €4.8B project in Dublin and help carry on their rapid growth in Ireland. With the next 15 years set out there is a huge chance for progression and opportunity to be part of something that will stand out on your CV in the future. 

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our residential construction projects in Dublin. The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects from planning to completion
  • Ensure that construction projects comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure efficient and timely project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budget plans, and resource allocation
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities
  • Ensure that all construction activities align with project specifications and design requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in the residential construction industry
  • In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate construction teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with project stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
