Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale data centre project in Frankfurt. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity, and driving successful project delivery in a fast-paced, high-spec environment.
You will coordinate all on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and maintain close communication with the project management and engineering teams to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and manage all site activities on a major data centre construction project.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel to maintain progress and quality.
Manage daily site operations, logistics, and sequencing to ensure efficient project flow.
Liaise with the Project Manager, Engineers, and QS to monitor progress, costs, and resources.
Conduct regular site meetings, toolbox talks, and progress reviews.
Ensure all installation and construction work meets design specifications and technical requirements.
Identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
Maintain accurate site documentation, records, and reports.
Represent the company professionally with clients, consultants, and third parties on site.
Requirements
Trade background or degree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
8+ years’ experience in a site management or supervisory role within large-scale industrial or data centre construction.
Proven track record managing complex MEP-heavy projects.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, logistics, and safety management.
Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
EU work eligibility or valid right to work in Germany.
