ATG are seeking a talented and motivated Structural Engineer to join a growing team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and delivering structural solutions across a range of projects, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze structural elements for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and compliance with design requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop efficient and cost-effective structural solutions.
  • Perform structural assessments and feasibility studies for new and existing buildings.
  • Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, and structural analysis programs.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering, preferably within the Irish or UK market.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards chartership with Engineers Ireland or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, Irish Building Regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, Tekla, Robot Structural Analysis, or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
