As part of our organically growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects across development planning, transport strategy, and infrastructure delivery — all while shaping the future of our office and team culture.

About the Role:

As a Transport Planner, you’ll play a key role in:

• Supporting or leading the preparation of Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, Access Appraisals, and other key planning documents
• Delivering evidence-based analysis using industry-standard tools such as Junctions, LinSig, TRICS, and TEMPro
• Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
• Contributing to a supportive and collaborative office environment where your ideas count

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re recruiting for all levels, including:

• Graduate Transport Planners – eager to learn, contribute, and grow within the company
• Mid-Level Planners – with solid consultancy or public sector experience and ready to take on more responsibility
• Senior/Principal Planners – who can lead projects, mentor junior staff, and play a strategic role in business development
